Guarantees of Articles

Warranty conditions regarding the warranty period, handling, use, and preservation are the responsibility of the manufacturer and defined solely by them.

In-warranty assistance for items sold by L&S Cosmetics can only be provided at L&S Cosmetics' technical assistance, by a technical partner designated by L&S Cosmetics, or according to the manufacturer's warranty conditions for the item.

The User shall be responsible for transportation, telephone, administration, etc. expenses that may arise during the warranty period. All repairs within the warranty period will be free of labor charges.

L&S Cosmetics reserves the right to invalidate the warranty in the following cases:

• If a fault resulting from accidental damage or negligence is identified;
• If any maintenance, upgrade, or repair not performed in our store or by our technical services is verified;
• If unsuitable or unrecommended consumables (such as fuel) have been used, either by the manufacturer or by L&S Cosmetics.

Failure to comply with one of these conditions implies the total loss of warranty.

The warranty is only activated upon presentation of an invoice or proof of purchase.
