Exchange and Return

If you are not satisfied with your order or if the item(s) are defective, the customer may exchange or return the item(s) within 15 days, counting from the day on which they acquire physical possession of the item(s).

The item(s) must be in the same original conditions in which it was sold, without signs of improper use, in its original packaging (if applicable) and accompanied by all its accessories (if applicable), as well as accompanied by the invoice proving the purchase of the respective item(s) acquired in our online store.

Additionally, item(s) custom-made or clearly personalized according to the customer's specifications are excluded from the right to exchange and return.

For hygiene and safety reasons, products that are not sealed by the manufacturer (e.g. nail polish, gel polish, gel, creams, etc.) cannot be exchanged.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify L&S Cosmetics of their decision in advance, before the end of the period defined above in this pre-contractual information, by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. via email), through the email info@lscosmetics.pt or by calling +351 911 106 221.

The customer must return the item by registered mail, together with the receipt, and bear the full shipping costs for the return or exchange of the item(s).

In the case of returning item(s) which, due to their nature, cannot normally be returned by post, the customer must bear the direct costs of the said return, which are associated with shipping costs.

L&S Cosmetics is not responsible for damage or loss of the item(s) during the return process.

After contacting L&S Cosmetics and receiving return instructions, you may send us the item(s), properly packaged, with original packaging to the following address: L&S Cosmetics, Rua São João de Sobrado 957, Sobrado, 4440-339, Valongo.

The items will be checked upon arrival at our physical store and only those that comply with the return conditions will be accepted for exchange or return.
